Our profession: we develop and distribute organic dried fruits, dried fruits, seeds and cereals, in the heart of Provence, in Carpentras.

It is in our production site established for more than 20 years in the beautiful Provence region that we search for and select the best organic dried fruits, which are then roasted and flavored, like our Barbecue almonds, Curry cashews or Herbes de Provence cashews. We also create our own organic dried fruit mixes, based on exclusive recipes developed by our R&D department, such as the Energy mix, the Crunchy mix or the Salad mix, which are among our bestsellers.

Having become the leader in organic dried fruits and dried fruits offered in bulk in supermarkets in 20 years, the company has 115 employees and achieved a turnover of 70 million euros in 2022.

The success story of a committed French company, rooted in its Vaucluse territory

It was in the family kitchen that Franck Bonfils, during his student years, roasted peanuts to sell them in the bars of Aix-en-Provence. Building on his early successes, he expanded his offer, industrialized his process, and created the company in December 2000. To affirm his attachment to his region of origin, Vaucluse, he chose to call it UN AIR D'ICI.

Two major intuitions led to current successes:

• In 2013, sensing that consumers were ready to adopt “responsible” consumption that would reduce environmental impact, the company launched the “Organic Bulk” model with the provision of dispensers in food retail outlets.
• In 2017, the launch of the JusteBio brand, and the development in 2019 of a range of resealable and compostable bags.

We offer 130 dried fruits, dried fruits, seeds, and cereals in bulk, distributed in nearly 5000 points of sale as well as a range of 20 “nomadic” products to take everywhere with you, offered in resealable and recyclable bags.

During the construction of its production site of more than 10,000 m2, everything was designed to minimize environmental impact. Bulk packaging lines, laser marking... We calculated, it is a saving of 300 tons of plastic that is achieved each year.

- The company develops sectors, in France and abroad, to guarantee optimal product traceability and build trust relationships with its partner producers.

For example, for our Almond France sector, 2 arborists from Drôme are committed to providing us with a quality, 100% organic almond.

As part of our organic cashew nut sector in Vietnam, we have established a real collaboration with selected farmers because the production conditions meet our quality requirements and ethical rules.
